Do you feel a call to create?

Have you ever explored the movement and wisdom cycles of the feminine body as a map for creation?

You may be preparing yourself for...

Birthing a baby

Birthing a business

Birthing a new chapter in your life

Birthing a new civilization that serves all of humanity's children

Whatever dream, plan, or desire you’re holding in your heart, this 9-month experience invites you to embody the Qoya philosophy by learning how to align movement with the wisdom cycles of your feminine body, forming a map of creation to birth your ideas from the realm of energetics, of spirit, to manifest into physical form.

In other words - for your dreams to have embodiment!

The one thing that differentiates human life from death is embodiment. We are born when we take our first breath in our body and die when we take our last breath. While most things in our life change, our body is our one constant companion for this journey and is the way in which a human experience is possible.

Women are by nature, creators. Our bodies know how to do this.

Think of a pregnant woman. She doesn’t have a to-do list, "make an ear" or "check on the liver.” Her body has an innate intelligence to do this.

If the body is capable of creating life itself, then why isn’t it trustworthy as a resource of intuition, insight, and inspiration?

If the body can co-create a new life with another person, then why can’t it co-create your life with Great Spirit?

To feel like a creator, CREATE MORE!

This course integrates Qoya: A Compass for Navigating an Embodied Life that is Wise, Wild, and Free into your creative process, using movement, ritual, community, and pilgrimage to birth your unique offering to this cosmic puzzle of creation.

We’ve aligned the 9 chapters in the Qoya book with the cycles of the moon, the 9 stages of pregnancy, and the cycles of feminine energy during menstruation to form a creative framework you can apply to any project you are trying to birth into the world, whether a baby, a business, or even just a new habit you’d like to embrace.

Our Feminine Map of Creation is:

Begin: Chapter 1 - Find True North as the Physical Sensation of Truth in the Body

Go Within: Chapter 2 - Listen to Your Inner Wisdom

Get to Work: Chapter 3 - Anchor Yourself in this World Through Your Sacred Work

Reinvent: Chapter 4 - Find Your Wild, Creative Self

Receive Support: Chapter 5 - Follow the Call to Receive

Express: Chapter 6 - Feel Freedom

Commit: Chapter 7 - Live Your Life with Devotion

Let Go: Chapter 8 - See Your Inner Light

Lead: Chapter 9 - Create Places for Others to Gather

In this course you will receive an invitation to expand your ability to create.

No matter what cycle you are in your life, by looking at the cycles of how humans are born into this world through the preparation of a woman’s menstruation cycles to gestation in the womb, alongside the waxing and waning cycles of the moon and nature, you will remember that you, too, were born to create at every phase of your life!

The result is a repeatable 9-step Feminine Map of Creation that will be your ally long past this course, as many times as you wish to use it after this deep integration.

FEMININE CYCLES ARE MOVEMENT

In addition to using the movements, rituals, community exercises, and pilgrimages to support this Map of Creation, you will learn more about pregnancy, birth, menstruation, and moon cycles from leading experts in the field.

Why?

Because the feminine wisdom cycles in the body are the creative DNA hard-wired in your body. The more you understand the gifts of each part of these cycles, the more you will be able to harness your creative power, lean into the gift of each time, and trust your body more and more.

While this is not a course specifically concerned with women’s hormonal health, we have included bonus interviews with leading experts on topics about feminine energy, including menstruation and pregnancy, to provide an in-depth look at the cycles in our female bodies so we can use those cycles to our best creative advantage and feel empowered by them.

Even if you don't menstruate or never plan on being pregnant, as a woman, your body is still a cyclical creature. We study these cycles as metaphor for movement, using them to illustrate development, surrender, and the balance of masculine and feminine energies that is unique to women.

These cycles are your birthright.

To embody and integrate these steps into your creative process, you will pick a project for the course. This can be anything you want to create in your life from starting a business to writing a book to starting a movement practice. Don't worry about what your project will be; we have you covered with exercises to help you drop into your intuition to find one.

From there, you will move through:

-9 New Full-length Qoya Video Classes to explore the phases of creation we've mapped out in the course, embracing the metaphor of movement present in the 9 stages of pregnancy and feminine energy cycles

-9 Monthly Movement Ritual worksheets and playlists with a short, daily movement ritual for each day of the month

-36+ course videos to support each month's movement, ritual, community, and pilgrimage exercises

-A Life-Changing Workbook (137 pages!) with Creative Action Steps, planners, and worksheets mapped out for you to apply to your project that you can print out and re-use for any creative project you are inspired to take on

-Monthly reading assignments from Qoya: A Compass for Navigating an Embodied Life that is Wise, Wild, and Free (e-book and Audio book included)

-Private Facebook group to lean on the community of women who will be doing the course alongside you

-20+ bonus course audios with an expert on feminine wisdom cycles sharing a 20 minute interview podcast and then a 20 minute bonus interview for those who join this course.

Rochelle Schieck loves to move - in her body and around the world. She started dancing as a young girl growing up in Minnesota until she was summoned by the call of adventure. Her love of movement and the desire to explore life’s meaning compelled her to spend the last 15+ years traveling around the world as a student and teacher to places throughout North and South America, Europe, Africa, India, Southeast Asia, Australia and New Zealand. Rochelle began instructing various yoga styles for all ages and abilities, several dance modalities and NIA. In the last 10+ years, she has led over 4,000 movement classes, facilitated hundreds of private sessions and taken women on over 20 retreats to 6 different continents. (Next stop, Antarctica!)

Her passion to explore the emerging essence of the feminine in her own life, and then in movement, coupled with her experience as a personal trainer, certified massage therapist, shamanic energy healer and her degree in Interdisciplinary Fine Arts have all influenced her creation of the movement system, Qoya.

Qoya is based on the idea that through movement, we remember. We remember our essence is wise, wild and free. Wise, wild and free also draw reference to the movement forms we practice: Wise calling on the wisdom of yoga, Wild embodying the creative expression in dance, and Free expanding our capacity to enjoy being in our bodies through feminine movement.

There is no way to do Qoya wrong, and the way you know you're doing it right is that it FEELS GOOD. More than feeling good, that it feels true.

Qoya also helps us remember those things that can never be put into words. Like when you see a sunset and your whole body exhales. When you are on a road trip and feeling the sensation of adventure. When you get caught up in the contagious laughter of a child or feel the warmth of your lover's body in bed while it is raining outside. The feeling of accomplishment when you completed work you are really proud of or when you catch up with an old friend and at the end of the conversation you really feel like everything is going to be ok.

Qoya is designed to feel how the body and movement are a portal to remembering, to feel our perspective shifts from going through the motions to savoring life as sacred. Qoya does this through classes, workshops, rituals, retreats/pilgrimages, teacher trainings, offering free videos online, and a blog in hopes that all that feel the call to remember can be supported on their journey. There are no levels, and it is a movement that people of any age or ability level can do.

Qoya is celebrated her 8 year anniversary on March 1st, 2017. Join Rochelle and learn more about her movement in her Ted-style talks on Youtube or by reading her book, Qoya: A Compass for Navigating an Embodied Life that is Wise, Wild and Free.
